PRIVACY
Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
1. To purchase any of the products for sale on this website, you must submit a completed order form. Your order will not be accepted unless we are able to receive full payment for your order at the time we accept it.
2. When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us, confirming our receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Once we confirm your order, it will enter our electronic system and you will no longer be able to cancel the order at this stage.
3. Your order represents an offer made to us to purchase a product as specified in the order. Once your offer is accepted by us, and a contract of sale is formed, we send a confirmation email to you that we have dispatched that product to you.
4. Any products on the same order which are not included in the Dispatch Confirmation do not form part of that contract.
5. We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified, or where fraud is suspected.
6. The terms of the contract of sale will include these Terms, as amended or updated by us from time to time, and the prices and other relevant information about the products published on this website at the time the contract of sale is formed.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All products sold on this website are shipped subject to availability. We list availability for products sold on this website and we make every effort to ensure that this information is correct. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you have ordered have become unavailable.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the products that appear on this website, this cannot be guaranteed. Price and availability information may change without notice.
The price of each product is the recommended retail price for that product that is shown on this website on the date you place your order, unless a special promotional price or other discounts are stated on the website in respect of a product.
Multiple discounts from promotional offers cannot be used at the same time; only one discount can be used for each product.
The price of any product excludes the cost of delivery.
CUSTOMS
Please note that when ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred in the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country, and we are unable to offer advise on customs duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders may also be opened and searched by local customs authorities and thus be subject to delay.
